The Cost.

Rates are based on 3 couples – 6 people with a minimum 2 night stay. Pricing may change.  Tariff
Midweek (S, M, T, W, T) per night 550
Weekend (F, S) per night 700
Peak Season per night 750

Peak season rates includes school holidays and public holidays.

  • Min Stay: 2 nights or 3 nights on a long weekend
  • Additional per night adult $80, child $40
  • Max Stay: 30 nights
  • Property Sleeps: maximum 10 people
  • Number of beds: 3 plus 2 double sofa beds

Terms and Conditions

  • The cottage is available for domestic holiday rental and small private functions.  Sorry, no pets.
  • Check in / Check out time: The cottage is available from 3pm on the date of your arrival. Check out time is strictly 11am so the cleaners have time to prepare for the next guests check-in at 3pm.
  • We require a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of payment and a bond as a security against loss or damage the week prior to arrival. An inventory is checked after your stay and all damage or losses will need to be paid for. A registration form will be emailed to you. Please pay the deposit and return the registration form along with a photocopy of your drivers license to confirm the booking.
  • On Departure (11am checkout time):
    Please leave the cottage as you found it. If our cleaner is required to do significantly more than a standard clean, an additional fee will apply.

CANCELLATIONS.

  • If you have to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • If the cancellation is made prior to 30 days of your stay, then no fee will be charged.
  • If cancellation occurs 14-29 days prior to your arrival, a cancellation to the value of 10% of the value of the booking will apply.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to your arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the booking will apply.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to your arrival or failure to arrive, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the value of the booking will apply.
